Prior to this, he was in the agricultural manufacturing industry and worked for both Australian and American companies. He also maintains interests in vineyards at Langhorne Creek in South Australia. He is a Director of Boston Private Wealth Pty Ltd and a Private Wealth Adviser with clients located both interstate and overseas. Neil is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) who also holds professional qualifications in Agriculture. Having been awarded "Financial Planner of the Year" in South Australia in 1992 and 1994, Money Management magazine also awarded him "Australian Financial Planner of the Year" in 1998.
